Federal Direct Student Loan Updates

Aspire Servicing Center services private student loans and privately held Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) loans. It does not service the federally held William D. Ford Federal Direct Loans that are covered by several new programs.

For details on programs available to borrowers with Direct Loans, visit the Federal Student Aid website or contact the servicer for your Direct Loans. If you have Direct Loans, you may be eligible for:

• Student loan debt relief and possible loan forgiveness.
• Income-Driven Repayment Plans, including the new SAVE Plan.
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness and account adjustments for PSLF.
• Joint or spousal consolidation loan separation

Payments that were suspended for COVID-19 have resumed for Direct Loans.
